Located on a stunning 100 acre waterfront property, Waupoos Estates Winery was the first winery in Prince Edward County.
The vineyards were first planted in 1993 with an experimental mindset to see what would grow in this area. As the vines continued to thrive, more varieties were planted – Waupoos now has 20 acres of established vineyards growing 18 different varieties.
Our wines have placed in national and international wine competitions, with the medal count growing annually.

Join us on the shore of Lake Ontario at the beautiful Waupoos Estates Winery for yoga in the vineyard all summmer long.
Unwind and rejuvenate with our relaxing yoga classes set in the picturesque vineyards of Waupoos Estates. Experience the tranquility of nature while engaging in rejuvenating yoga sessions surrounded by the beauty of our vineyard.

Your Guide - Trudy has been practicing yoga for over 25 years.
Believing yoga to be an essential part of both physical and mental wellness, Trudy helps students build on their strengths and recognize their vulnerabilities.
Yoga is a path that is not only healthy, but also deeply satisfying.
Location: Located behind the vines, directly on the Waterfront. The group will meet at the winery and make their way down to the waterfront.
** Bring your mat, water & any props you like to use.This class is weather permitting.
