Our approach is to work closely with couples to ensure they have their dream wedding day while getting the most out of our beautiful Estate.
Most couples choose to rent our farmhouse and arrive on Friday night to either host a rehearsal dinner or to simply enjoy an evening on the old farmhouse porch as the big day approaches.
Our Executive Chef has expertly crafted our wedding menu to deliver a delicious experience. Adorned with all the special touches, your wedding day meal will complement your perfect wedding day.
As with most venue packages, you will provide your own sound systems, DJ/Band, photographer, florist, decorator, personal wedding planner and officiant. We do have a list of vendors who we trust and have worked with in the past and are happy to provide this list if requested!

From the newly renovated restaurant where we got to do our food & wine tasting, the lake-side cabana bar where we held our cocktail hour, the dock overlooking Lake Ontario where we held our ceremony, the gorgeous reception tent & covered dance floor, the charming farmhouse where the we held the rehearsal dinner and where the bridesmaids got ready on the day-of, the amazing wine and farm-to-table food, and the breathtaking vineyard… Waupoos really was a dream venue.
A very special thank you to Rikki, the event coordinator at Waupoos, who did an amazing job at answering all of our questions, and coordinating with our wedding planner and vendors to make sure our day was absolutely perfect. Rikki was always available to answer our questions and was present the entire day from morning to night – she was incredible to work with!

I had my wedding at Waupoos Winery this past weekend. I highly suggest this venue. It was beautiful! The grounds are absolutely stunning and the ceremony site on the water is perfect. We had a small wedding reception in the Farm house, which is a stunning historic home. The food was fantastic. I want to compliment the staff who were so great at my wedding.
