Yoga In The Vineyard

Join us on the shore of Lake Ontario at the beautiful Waupoos Estates Winery for yoga in the vineyard all summmer long.

Your Guide -  Trudy has been practicing yoga for over 25 years.

 

Believing yoga to be an essential part of both physical and mental wellness, Trudy helps students build on their strengths and recognize their vulnerabilities.

Location: The group will meet at the winery and make their way down to the waterfront.


** Bring your mat, water & any props you like to use. This class is weather permitting. Refunds will be provided if inclement weather.
