RIESLING RESERVE
These Riesling vines were plantes in 2015 in our vineyard called The Flats.
Floral forward aromas of Jasmine and Lilac are complimented by notes of crisp green apple and lime with a hint of lemon grass. The inviting aromas carro the the palate with a clean, zesty finish.
Food Pairings:
Fantiastic with spice infused Indian or Asian cuisine, Chicken Korma, Pho, quiche, grilled chicken or kimchi.

Originating in Germany this noble white grape variety is capable of producing a variety of extraordinary wine styles. The hardy frost resistant vine makes Riesling (REEZ-ling) ideal to grow in cool vineyards. Known to have a natural high acid, it can produce long lived wines of intense aroma and character ranging from bone dry to lusciously sweet.
Winemaker’s Notes:
This Riesling exceeded my expectations this vintage! Often our Riesling’s showcase more of the citrus, limestone profile. This is so floral forward, its very light and elegant. Bone dry at 3 g/L residual sugar
