GINGER GOLD – SWEET
This cider was produced with an early ripening apple variety called Ginger Gold. A sweet, crisp apple that produced a light, fresh cider.
Tasting Notes: Delicious notes of crisp apple are complimented by subtle notes of floral and stone fruit. The palate is refreshing, apple focused flavour with a clean, crisp finish.
Food Pairings: Great with poultry, white fish, fresh green salads with berries, arugula and prosciutto pizza, or cheese boards with pickled beets.
