CABERNET SAUVIGNON RESERVE 2021
Aged 17 months in American oak barrels. Lots of dark stone fruit aromas, cherry, black currant and red berry swirl out of the glass. Rich aromas of cedar, charred oak and baking spices round the profile. The aromas carry to the palate – elegant balance with ample tannin.

Grilled beef with garlic mushrooms, roasted beet salad with walnuts and goat cheese, classic burger, or aged cheeses.

This Cabernet Sauvignon exceeds expectations! Starting with beautiful grapes from our Estate, this wine was a pleasure to work with from fruit to wine. A rich profile – showcasing classic cool climate Cab Sauv. characeristics. Only 52 cases produced!
