Blend: 44% Merlot, 17% Malbec, 13% Cabernet Sauvignon, 13% Syrah, 9% Cabernet Franc, 4% Petit Verdot

This oak-aged blend offers rich aromas of cherry, cassis, blackberry and plum with hints of violet. Complex aromas of toasted oak and nuances of forest round the bouquet. The aromas carry to the palate with integrated tannins. 5g/L Residual Sugar

Winemaker’s Notes:

This blend is a little wild, all the varieties work really well together to form a very structured wine with all of the classic red blend profiles. It has lots of fruit to the nose and palate but becomes more complex with hints of spice, oak and a balanced tannin structure.
