Ontario Strawberries and Raspberries blended with our Vidal
Aromas of fresh, ripe strawberry and raspberry jump out of the glass. Richer aromas of berry jam come through with hints of fresh peach. Strawberry dominates the palate with a bright acidity and clean finish. This dry sparkling offers up all of the fruit without the sweetness.

Frittata, watermelon and feta salad, chicken club sandwiches, BBQ dishes or crispy fish tacos.

WINEMAKER’S NOTES:
Such an aromatic wine! I don’t normally go to fruit wines but this is summer in a glass! Amazing notes of strawberry daiquiri are dominant with the raspberry notes and hints of stone fruit from the Vidal. The berries are from Berry Fresh Farms in Fennwick ON, they were crushed and fermented together and later blended with some Vidal wine. This smells sweet with all the red fruit notes but it’s delightfully bone dry. Only 50 cases produced.
