SHIRAZ RESERVE 2020
Aged in American oak for 7 months. A fruit forward Shiraz with aromas of white pepper, blackberry, blueberry jam and notes of tart cherry. The fruit is balanced by notes of spice, and smoky oak. The aromas carry to the palate with a cocoa finish.

WINEMAKER’S NOTES:
There is just something about our Shiraz that I love! They are bursting with amazing berry notes but keep that classic spiciness that makes Shiraz Shiraz. The spices vary from clove to black pepper not like sweet baking spices. The fruit is also a great balance between jammier notes and that tart cherry – Overall another great Shiraz from our Estate, Only a single barrel produced. Drinking well now with cellar life of 3-5
