Floral forward aromas of Jasmine are complimented by notes of green apple and lime zest with a hint of lemon grass. This wine shows a delicate balance between floral and fruity. The aromas carry to the palate with a crisp finish.

Originating in Germany this noble white grape variety is capable of producing a variety of extraordinary wine styles. The hardy frost resistant vine makes Riesling (REEZ-ling) ideal to grow in cool vineyards. Known to have a natural high acid, it can produce long lived wines of intense aroma and character ranging from bone dry to lusciously sweet.

This Riesling exceeded my expectations this vintage! Often our Riesling’s showcase more of the citrus, limestone profile. This is so floral forward, its very light and elegant. Bone dry at 5 g/L residual sugar
