BLEND: 61% Gamay Noir, 32% Baco Noir, 7% Shiraz
The bouquet is equal in spice and red fruit. Layered aromas of white and black pepper meet notes of fresh tart cherry and toasted oak. The palate is fruit forward with notes of leather on the finish. The bright acidity makes this wine very food friendly.

A really nice blend! These grapes were all grown in the same vineyard at Waupoos Estates called The Knoll. Fermented separately and finishing malolactic fermentation in barrel. Aging 10 months in French and American oak This field blend is a great reflection of our terroir. This is an easy drinking, crowd pleasing wine it’s not too heavy but also not too light…just right. The nice bright acidity helps with food pairings, it will compliment a wide variety of dishes.
