Blend: 66% Cabernet Franc, 34% Gamay Noir
Aged in American oak for 10 months. Elegant aromas of cherry, raspberry and raisin are balanced by rice notes of pepper, cedar and light nuances of vanilla and violet. The aromas follow through to the palate with pepper spice, firm tannins and a lengthy finish

A small production lot of this amazing Appassimento wine with 0nly 447 bottles produced! Aged in American oak for 10 months this wine is showing beautifully. The red fruit meet the complex notes of earthy cedar then the pepper and vanilla come in. Layered beautifully and food friendly!
