BERRY SPRITZ
Like summer in a glass! This stellar fruit wine is a blend of 100% Ontario Fruit. The raspberries and peaches are from Fenwick ON, and the Vidal from our own Estate. Fermented separately, blended after to create this berry forward fruit wine.
Fresh raspberry is the dominant aroma, with subtle notes of peaches and stone fruit. The Vidal adds a nice balance to the fruit and offers hints of floral and honey. The palate is raspberry forward with a crisp acidity. A great patio sipper and makes delicious mimosas!
