This Chardonnay delivers rich tropical fruit aromas and flavours. Brilliant notes of golden pineapple and hints of mango are balanced by nuances of pear and honey all wrapped in delicate notes of toasted vanilla and butterscotch. The aromas carry to the palate with a smooth finish.
Food Pairings: Great with shellfish, pastas with a creamy sauce or creamy cheese such as brie.

This is a big bold Chardonnay! Amazing tropical notes on the nose and palate! I remember it was very banana forward when it was fermenting and now pineapple seems to be front & center. A delicious dry Chardonnay (3g/L) with lots of delicious oak influence.
