Blend: 62% Cabernet Franc, 28% Cabernet Sauvignon, 9% Baco Noir, 1% Merlot

Rich aromas of toasted oak area balanced by bright fruit and forest floor. Blackcurrant, cherry, and raspberry meet notes of cedar, nutmeg and vanilla. The aromas carry to the palate with a bright acidity and vanilla finish.

New York strip steak, lamb or lamb burgers, pizza, mushroom tart, or pasta with a tomato-based sauce.

Winemaker’s Notes:

Stunning blend of varietals in this blend! Close to a classic Bordeaux blend, but we added some Baco Noir in to add some richness in colour and weight. This is a crowd pleaser lots of beautiful fruit notes that mesh with the forest floor, and toasted oak finishing with lots of vanilla. A very food friendly wine!
